How fast is delivery in Puttaparthi?
Most orders arrive in 20–40 minutes. Each shop and restaurant shows its own estimate, and you can track your rider live.
How do I pay?
JIFI is prepaid: pay online with UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), cards or net banking. There is no cash on delivery.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery starts at a small distance-based fee. Restaurants often offer free delivery above a minimum order, and the fee is always shown before you pay.
Do the prices include tax?
Yes. Every price you see already includes GST, so there is no tax line added at checkout.
What if my order is cancelled?
If a shop cannot fulfil your paid order, we review it and refund you. See our cancellation and refund policy.
Can I book a bike or auto ride?
Yes. Pin your pickup and drop on the map, see the fare before you book, pay in advance and follow your captain live.
I own a shop or restaurant. How do I sell on JIFI?
Register your shop in the JIFI Shop app or ask us to add it. You need your PAN, and an FSSAI licence for restaurants. We review every application.
